I had an amazing experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Brittanie at the front desk. She was truly awesome—kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly friendly. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and well taken care of. She went out of her way to be helpful and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. Staff members like Brittanie make all the difference. Her positive attitude and professionalism are outstanding. I genuinely appreciate her excellent service and would gladly stay here again because of her!
Location is perfect. Place is affordable and nice. Beds are a tad small but overall everything was great. Lillie was incredible and extremely hospitable. She made the stay wonderful. Showed us around and helped us when we needed it.
This is a charming hotel, with welcoming staff, in a very desirable Back Bay neighborhood. Once you adjust to your very tiny room and: 1) the lack of space to hang your clothes; 2) no desk, it can be quite an enjoyable stay. I would also recommend the Cafe Landwer downstairs, which serves an excellent hummus and pita bread.
We loved the location, but not the room so much...it needed some upgrades...had stains on carpet, musty smell. Super dark room, very few lights. The staff was very nice.
We stayed here late night on Christmas eve and Lilly was absolutely wonderful she was so friendly went over everything with us and was so sweet she gave us all the details about the surrounding areas recommended there sister hotel for future business stays was all around a pleasure I will be staying here again simply because you can't find service like that in hotels anymore. The room was great as well and the location was key. We will definitely be back
Great little hotel with comfortable rooms. A little disappointed with the breakfast as told would be a hot drink and a pastry but only a flask of coffee and hot water available and no pastries both mornings. Overall great hotel and great location
We loved our stay. The food and drinks were great. These were the best drinks we had all day. All of the staff were lovely, but we especially enjoyed Lilie. She was so kind and helpful at the end of the day. She really rounded out the day and made our stay great. Thanks everyone!
We booked last minute for a Sunday night and were happy to get a beautiful upgrade room. Lovely space, so convenient to the T and close to restaurants. Our second stay at Charlesmark and won't be our last.
